Digital Input and Output with an Arduino
Surprisingly, I found Lab 1 to be more challenging than Lab 2. I enjoyed using Arduino to learn how digital and analog inputs and outputs work. It was interesting to see how code interacts with circuits and LEDs in the real world. I played around with the code by switching the commands around (e.g. yellow to red and red to yellow LEDs) and adjusting the speed or blink of the LED. I used the class materials as well as examples stored in Arduino.
I chose to use the Arduino Uno to power the circuit below. I broke a few resistors while trying to insert them into the breadboard, so this time I YouTubed how to trim my jumper wires and resistors with a wire stripper. The breadboard looks much neater 😉
